The Arkansas Trauma Rehabilitation Program, Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute, and NeuroRestorative Timber Ridge present the Arkansas Trauma Rehabilitation Conference 2017. This event will be held Thursday and Friday, May 18 and 19, 2017, at the Embassy Suites Hotel Little Rock.
This year’s conference features expanded, informative presentations by regional, national, and model system experts.
There will also be an exhibit hall featuring local, regional, and national vendors.
The program will focus on:

- Neuroplasticity Following Brain Injury
- Compassion Fatigue and Caregiver Burnout
- Disability Rights and Law
- Amputation Rehabilitation and Prosthetics
- Issues in Ventilator Dependent Patients
- Refusing Needed Treatment: Ethical Issues in Rehabilitation Medicine

The Arkansas Trauma Rehabilitation Program is pleased to offer this program at a low cost to participants to help fulfill its goal to disseminate and promote best practice information and support its adoption. This is accomplished by bringing together acute care providers, rehabilitation professionals, and other partners in the system of care for traumatically injured Arkansans.
BAPTIST HEALTH is an approved provider of continuing education by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
